La Prosciutteria, Florence.

Uno delle meravigliose scoperta che ho fatto a Firenze questa settimana é stata quella della La Prosciuttteria. Loro non sono un ristorante, e lo affermano chiaramente in ogni punto del locale, sopratutto per specificare che non possono fare servizio al tavolo. Ma quello che ci potete trovare é un luogo estremamente accogliente (per quanto angusto), un ambiente allegro con ragazzi e ragazze disponibilissimi. Da dietro il bancone lo staff é pronto a prepararvi ogni genere di panino o spuntino che comprenda qualsiasi combinazione di diversi tipi di pane o focaccia, ottimi salumi, condimenti e formaggi assemblati come da menú o come preferite voi, ed accompagnati da vino sincero, autoprodotto ma di ottima beva.Se poi vi va, potete acquistare porzioni di ciò che avete mangiato o bevuto e diversi gadget tra cui cappellini e magliette molto simpatiche.  Veramente un posto carino, dove tornerò sempre volentieri.

Uma das maravilhosas descobertas que tive em Florença esta semana foi a de ter conhecido a La Prosciutteria. Eles não são um restaurante, e isso eles deixam bem claro com cartazes em cada ângulo do lugar, especialmente para explicar que não podem fazer o atendimento diretamente na mesa. Mas, o que vocês podem encontrar é um lugar extremamente acolhente ( mesmo sendo um lugar pequeno e estreito), um ambiente alegre e com um staff muito gentil. Atrás do balcão de atendimento, eles estão dispostos a preparar para vocês diversos tipos de sanduíches  e tábuas contendo delícias típicas locais, como queijos, salames e temperos. E, além do menu você pode montar o seu pedido com o que você preferir. Tudo isso regado a um bom vinho italiano de produção deles. E o melhor ainda, eles também vendem os produtos para trazermos pra casa! Ou seja se você gostar do vinho pode comprar ali mesmo.Sem falar que existem diversos tipos de camisetas e bonés com frases engraçadas que podemos comprar e voltar para casa com uma alegre recordação de Florença. Realmente um lugar maravilhoso onde sempre voltarei com o maior prazer. 

One of the wonderful discoveries that I had in Florence this week was the La Prosciutteria. They are not a restaurant, and that they make it clear with posters in every corner of the place, especially to explain that they can not server the orders directly on the table. But what you may find is an extremely receptive place (even as a small, narrow place), a cheerful and with a very kind staff environment. Behind the help desk, they are willing to prepare for you  a variety of sandwiches and boards containing typical local products such as cheeses, salamis and condiments. And beyond the menu you can assemble your order with whichever you prefer. All this served with a good Italian wine ( their prodution). And better yet, they also sell their products to bring home! So if you like their wine you can buy there to bring home. Whitout mention that there are several types of shirts and hats with funny phrases that we can buy and return home with a joyful remembrance of Florence. Truly a wonderful place where I will always come back with the greatest pleasure.
